Coach Ash Elbanna is a 2nd-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, retired professional MMA fighter, and elite-level coach with over two decades of experience in martial arts.

 

Known for his tough, no-nonsense coaching style and deep technical knowledge, Ash has built and led competition teams at the highest levels of BJJ and MMA. His mission is to help students unlock their full potential—whether they're training to fight, get fit, or change their lives through discipline and hard work.

Joe Goodwin is the visionary founder and performance coach at GTGym. He developed the renowned Elite 60 (Goodwin Protocol) program, which blends high-performance training, nutrition, and mindset coaching into a transformative 60-day experience.

 

Driven by passion and discipline, Joe has helped athletes and everyday professionals push past their limits, reach peak fitness, and build lasting confidence.

RJ Jimenez

NoGi BJJ Coach

RJ Jimenez is an active Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor known for his consistency, work ethic, and commitment to the sport. A BJJ purple belt specializing in No-Gi, RJ has tested himself on some of the most respected competition stages in grappling, including ADCC, IBJJF, NAGA, CFFC BJJ, Finishers, and more.

 

Well known and respected throughout the BJJ community, RJ brings real competition experience directly into his coaching. His approach emphasizes technical No-Gi grappling, high-percentage techniques, positional awareness, and the ability to perform under pressure.
